IC Design Engineer (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
- Design of electro-photonic IC’s and electronic IC’s
- Analog and Mixed-Signal Designs
- BiCMOS high speed design
- High speed and low speed CMOS design
- I/O interfaces
- Support of Package substrate design
Requires profile:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with related experience in IC Design
- In-depth and extensive knowledge of Cadence design tools
- Experience in IC Layout, PCB Design, or RF Design is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Team player that thrives in a dynamic working environment
- Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory and knowledge of German is an asset
- Experience in 3D EM modelling is a plus
- Understanding of PDK installation, maintenance and optimization
- Experience in versioning software is a plus
- Self-driven, creative and highly motivated
