We offer monolithically integrated semiconductor chips and transceivers for next generation data centers. The team consists of highly professional design engineers and managers with many years of experience in bringing state of the art products to the market. In this position you will dive into a unique challenge, as you are involved in the design and the development of the next generation of optical transceivers.
PCB and IC Package Design Engineer (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
- PCB design for package and chip evaluation
- Package substrate design
- Layout of evaluation boards
- Documentation
- Layout of probe-cards for wafer level testing
- RF Design considering signal integrity
- 3D EM simulation
- Interaction with module design, test team, and operations
Required Profile:
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or proven work experience
- Extensive experience with PCB layout tools
- Knowledge of passive components
- Knowledge of support circuitry like microcontrollers, DC-DC converters, LDO’s
- Technical experience in RF Design is a plus
- Experience in 3D EM simulation software
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Self-driven, creative, and highly motivated
