Employment: Full time

Experience: 2+ years of experience

 

Your tasks:

- Microcontroller firmware design. Implementation of digital control loops and communication interfaces with various peripherals.

- Low level embedded hardware and firmware debugging

- Porting existing solutions from a 16-bit to an ARM implementation

- Participation to MSA and IEEE meetings to define optical transceiver management interface specifications

- Close collaboration with the Hardware development and quality assurance teams

- Testing and documentation


Required profile:


- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with related experience in embedded software design and coding

- Knowledge of one or more microcontroller families e.g. STM32, MSP430, ARM among others

- Expertise in C/C++ embedded programming. Expertise on Python and Labview is an asset.

- Expertise in low level Hardware Programming (I2C, SPI, ADC, DAC, FLASH)

- Expertise in using Debugging Equipment (Logic-Analizer, Oscilloscope, Multimeter)

- Knowledge of GIT, SVN is an asset

- Proactive problem-solving skills

- Team player that thrives in a dynamic working environment

- Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory and knowledge of German is an asset
